Happily Ever After viewing location

Hello Everyone,

I was wondering if you could all help me out with something.
With the new happily ever after show they removed preferred viewing from the hub garden areas and no longer a fast pass option. I'm travelling with my family, including two children and the idea of sitting on the grass can be made into a more fun picnic like experience then concrete.

Can anyone here advise if the garden areas are still a good spot to view the show or is it too far to get a good view of the castle projections for my kids.

Appreciate all your time and help.

We are trying the Ice Cream party as I expect its a huge mess. Yeah its a bite to the budget, but I hope the view is worth it.

I was right in front of the castle for the very first show of it and I've been thinking ever since that not having a good view of the castle will really maybe change the whole perception of how you think of the new show. The fireworks were basically the star of Wishes but the castle is basically the star of HEA. I've honestly wondered if maybe they'd consider putting up screens in each land of the park or something with a direct shot of the castle to let people see what's actually going on. Not expecting that to happen but I'm just curious if a lot of people have been underwhelmed by the show simply because they didn't have a good view of the castle. If I were you I'd get up right in front of the castle just for your first viewing of it at least. I'm sure you'll love it. That first night of it people were just really overwhelmed by it and my wife was actually crying during it. It's a great show but you really need a good view of the castle to really get the full impact of it. Go for a close view. You won't regret it. If you have to maybe you can plan your first time seeing it for EMH in the evening and that way you can sorta make up your lost time riding things for when everyone else is having to leave. I think the close viewing is definitely optimal though.
