What do you mean by special reservations? They have wheelchair accessable rooms as the resorts, lifts on the buses and wheelchair accessable entries to most of the attractions. I'm not sure any of this answers your questions. If not, just wait. I'm sure someone will. Mommy2MJ is very knowledgable as to what WDW does for handicapped guests. She is very helpful.

It should help you out with some FAQ's. If you call central reservations and ask about special needs, I am pretty sure they have a division that takes care of that. Requesting a room on the first floor, etc.
