Hallowishes

Is this going to be shown to regular day guests at all this week. I know that I've normally seen something talked about by now but not this year.

They do this with Holiday Wishes, but I don't know if its ever been done with HalloWishes.

we were there in 2006 for the halloween party, and never saw them other than on the nights of the parties. Not sure if they have changed it since then or not

I know it's been done at least once because I've seen HalloWishes from my usual spot between the hub and Tomrrowland despite having never attended MNSSHP.

However when I posted to that effect in another thread by another person asking the same question, another forum member replied that they had not shown HalloWishes other than during MNSSHP for at least a few years.

OP is right in that I think if it was going to happen Disney would have said something by now...

HalloWishes will not be presented to day guests on non party nights. The concept of presenting the show to day guests on non party nights with no perimeters was tried during the week of October 22-28, 2006. The idea was abandoned after that year do to guests disappointed in not seeing Wishes.

Aw man, that stinks. I wish they would show them for a few days at the end of the month like they do Happy HoliWishes. I guess being a local, I have a different perspective but it's nice seeing the special fireworks once a year.

I know that I've seen them too and it was in the past couple of years. I've never been to the party but don't remember when I did see the Hallowishes. I doubt it was 4 years ago though. Oh well, I'll take a chance and if it is Wishes I'll walk away and take advantage of the rides or get out of the park before the rush tomorrow night. I really don't like Wishes and would rather see anything else.

That sounds about right, I probably saw it that week.

I can understand that. While I didn't let Disney know, that's kind of how I felt. Not disappointed in that I expected to see Wishes - I knew they were doing HalloWishes, that's why I went that day - but disappointed because I hoped it would be as good or better, and in my opinion it was not.
