Islands of Fear
The movie should take place on the uncharted titular islands. The story is about an ordinary homeless woman named Elizabeth Hackenslash. She met Michael Caine, son of the infamous Caretaker and older brother of the equally infamous Cindy. Albert Caine is a demented surgeon who used dead people in his experiments such as amputating their legs and organ removal. His home was set ablaze by the angry crowd of people. So he went to the Islands of Fear to start his exile.
Hoping to avoid the Caretaker, Elizabeth decided to take a walk. She meets a man in a black suit and top hat. She asked for his name, to which he replied that he is the Caretaker. Worried, Elizabeth decided to continue her walk, until she comes across his house. Fearing that the Caretaker is stalking her, Elizabeth enters the house only to find Zombies. Finding a wooden box she opens it to reveal a wooden bat.
Beating the zombies to death, she discovered an operating room and his notepad detailing his work. Disguised as on of the assistants she watched as the Caretaker burst into the room to find her. Not wanting to pass on the opportunity, Elizabeth decided to perform experiments on him. She ripped out his heart, killing him. Just as she takes off her gloves, Elizabeth hears Michael comforting a crying Cindy. She decided to live on the Islands of Fear with them, vowing to perform the Caretaker's experiments. In a post-credit scene, Elizabeth, now known as the Surgeon General, received an invitation to go to a "Carnival of Carnage".
