Halloween, Haunted Mansion, & Decorations

Any suggestions on how to decorate the house this halloween with a Haunted Mansion theme. Anything we could build based on the ride to put outside, in the windows, etc.?? Any suggestions or websites would be great! I wish I could make the grave stone whose eyes blink. That would be awesome. THanks everyone in advance!

I know this has nothing to do with decorating, but we downloaded the ride speil and music from the haunted mansion from KAZZA, which is a little over 22 minutes long, and we plan to play it while the kids come to trick or treat. It sounds real good!
