Halloween Decorations

Can you tell me if Disney decorates the parks for Halloween and if so, when do they begin to decorate?

Magic Kingdom does for sure as they have Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party. They will most likely begin decorating around September 23rd or so since the first night of MNSSHP is September 30th. Sorry I have no idea on the other parks.
