Halloween at Disney Parks

So I was surfing the Disney Parks website and see how they have a Halloweenland in Disneyland Paris... Why don't they do that here with Adventureland/Liberty Square at WDW... I think that would be really cool.. It looks really detailed from the pics on the site...

It would be nice if something more was done for the holidays. Ride overlays are a great way to get more out of an attraction, but WDW has moved away from them completely. The only thing that really happens for Halloween is the MNSSHP and of course you have to pay separately for that.
What I have heard about WDW not doing any holiday overlays is because many people travel to WDW once per year or less and that they want to see the attractions in the original state and not modified for the holidays. All other Disney parks serve a more local and repetative visitor than WDW.

I personally like the option of holiday overlays and we visit typically once per year.

You make a great point with the traveling piece.. I just booked my 30th trip.. But I go a few times a year... It just surprises me when I am going at a holiday (I'm obviously aware its Halloween/Christmas) you would think they would do more is all... I still love it either way.. But I love showing people the pics from the trips decorated... and not the same ol Disney pics...
