Going back to the Boardwalk the last week of Oct., I've been there in late Sept. early Oct. but never late Oct./Nov. Is it still hot (Typhoon Lagoon hot), whats the crowd like, what is Halloween day like?

Halloween around the World?

It can still be very hot. As of late it has been. At best it might get normal or chilly, but I would not count on it. Aside from a sold out Mickey's no so scary Halloween party at Magic Kingdom, a few small events at the resorts and possibly at Downtown Disney, Halloween is like any other day.
