I have visited WDW in Orlando and Disneyland Resort in Anaheim, and both theme parks put on eleborate Halloween parties, but I must say Paris truly out-performs both American parks with the Halloween layover.
I am quite impressed at the amount of "hardly seen" characters out in full force, especially the wide assortment of villians. Equally impressed with the human characters, especially the scary witch, and not just cast members dressed up in costumed characters. Quite cool to see the villian from Mulan. Never seen him before.
I've been viewing pictures and videos on this board from Paris, and I am thoroughly convinced. Highly considering flying over to Paris en route to Hungary in fall 2011 just to partake in Halloweentime at Paris Disneyland.
On a side note, visited Anaheim in early October to partake in Halloween Time at Disneyland Park. Impressed, but equally impressed "Boo To You" from Orlando and "It's Halloween, everybody" (I believe) from Paris was on constant repeat over the Main Street loudspeakers.
