....do they ever rotate or change these? I feel like everytime I've gone I see one I didn't see the time before.

The ones at DHS? with Betty White?

I thought they were all the originals and hadn't been changed since 1989...I might be wrong though.

Imagine if they updated those - we'd have busts of miley cyrus and demi lavato..

Please - just leave it alone. You are right, if they update it there will be busts of stitch and friends, etc

When I went in 2008, only the Walt one was there. In 2011 they were all there. I assume they take some away at any given time to refurbish, for whatever reasons.
