Does Disney (specifically WDW) require removal of beard and/or mustache as a requirement for employment?

Also, be sure to keep a razor and shaving cream in your locker just in case (first-hand experience, you don't want a manager to see you unshaven).

Yeah, I had to go and get one of the cheapo shaving kits from the vending machine at cast services in EPCOT, not fun at all. After that I kept razors and shaving cream in my backpack at all times for myself and anyone else that might forget.

Mach 3's will be your best friend. Those cheapo razors have a way of... err.. removing copious amounts of skin from your face.

lol, I had a mach 3 at home but I wasn't handing out mach 3's to other cast members who forgot to shave ;-). A bag of razors and shaving cream can make you some good friends when they're trying to hide from managers.

oh yeah... I gotta agree. I got lucky though... I got the ultimate doctors note when I got a nasty rash from an allergic reaction to detergent on a costume piece. "May have a 1/8 inch beard" and no shared clothing restrictions. Hello fuzzy face, business casual Rob. Those were good days. And then I healed.. DOH! At least that rash cleared nicely.

Oh yes, must be clean shaven! When I arrived for the college program, I hadn't had time to shave yet, so they gave me a razor and shaving cream to shave with. There were, like, ten other guys in the restroom grumbling about having to shave their facial hair off. They apparently never payed attention to anything Disney told them up to that point (For as much as they tell you at the Info Sessions and in all the materials they send you before you go, I can't imagine how anyone wouldn't have known they couldn't have facial hair)
