Hey all! I am thinking of applying to the Disney Cultural Exchange Programme this summer. If I did so and were to get an interview, my hair is currently bleached blonde and I have dark roots. I know this isn't to Disney's Standard, but I wouldn't want to dye my hair back to brown when I most likely won't get in. Does anyone know if it's okay to go into the interview with dyed hair or will this further inhibit my chances of getting onto the programme? Thanks
