My bro lives about an hour away from Orlando, so he’s driving over and staying with us for our last three nights. I know they will charge and room occupancy fee and parking fee... how Does this work? Do I just let the front desk know when he arrives? I didn’t add him to the reservation yet just in case something changes.

Package. We did this a few years ago with him but I don’t remember how we handled it

I ended up calling and they said to add him at the front desk since if they do it via phone he would have to be included in the package.
