Hello. Anyone know if guest relations at Disney springs can upgrade a silver annual pass to gold? The park GRs are all closed of course. I know new ticket sales are suspended, but maybe an upgrade like this would go through. We have a French Quarter reservation for late July, and one person in our party has a silver pass, so he's blocked out, and we missed our opportunity to buy him a 3 day FL resident ticket. Hopefully we'll get a park reservation for that weekend. Thanks!

I called yesterday to see if I could upgrade our gold passes to platinum (our July trip got moved to December) and the CM said they can’t make any changes or take any money until they are selling tickets again. Maybe it would be different in person?
