During my runs at Rise(I got three # 1 boarding groups) my Atomic clock app tells me how far behind my phone is. When the Que is 5 seconds 1.5 seconds is a lot. I agree use a Atomic clock

Can I have a group set up prior to? How do I ensure my entire party will be ready for me clicking it?
The ability to confirm group members for the virtual queue opens 1 hour before (so 6am/12pm) - anyone who is linked to your friends/family list, has valid admission and an EPCOT reservation should show up.
Make sure you check it again the morning of your selection because the delay seems to get longer over time. I have never used wifi. The night before I scouted the best spot to get a strong cell signal and did speed tests. I ended up on the outside top walkway in my hotel (POP). I think a little bit of reconnaissance on getting a solid signal goes a long way

I see you have Android. Use this app. Once you open it it runs in the background giving a audible beep per second starting at 55 seconds counting down every minute. It made my reaction time lightning fast because I had the audible queue to push the button exactly at 0700.

Yay! Super fun. Btw for those with motion sickness: I can’t do Expedition Everest and Flight of Passage more than once. I don’t respond well to going in a circle. I was fine on this. I would randomly look in the direction of the track rather than straight forward to reorient. Hope that helps.
