We have booked to go back to the world next year and it will be our first using my magic + properly does everyone who is in the same group ( e.g booking) have to get the same fast passes or can everyone get different ones?

You can book different FPs for each person. But each person's 3 must still be in the same park. Different people can visit different parks, but FP for any one person can't be split among parks.
