Not at walt disney world resorts. There will most likely be general public discounts but they won't be group discounts.

You will probably want to check with off-site hotels in orlando to see if there is a group discount in general.

We were there in January as a group of 17 people (only one was a 2 year old the rest were paying customers). The only discount we got was using the discount codes that usually come out a few months ahead of time. We are always a large group of 12 (a.k.a "Grand Gathering") or more and have never received a group discount so I think if they offer group discounts it would be for really large groups like schools, cheerleaders etc. Just keep watching for discount codes.

I know that WDW has a Group Sales office, but I believe they're only for groups that will have 8 or more hotel rooms in their party. I don't know if they get any kind of discounts, though. It's more just a one-stop office to make planning such a large group easier.

8 staterooms with 16 adults for a Disney Cruise group, 10 hotel rooms (room only reservations) for a WDW or DisneyLand resort group.

Most WDW/Disneyland group rates that I have seen have been close to AAA rates.
