Great Movie Ride Rehab?

Anyone like me feel like The Great Movie Ride is in serious need of a facelift?

Now, before the GMR fans come out of the woodwork here, IMHO I just think the ride hinges purely on the CM to really spruce up the experience, and if you get an average one, you really start viewing the ride for what it is: ... kinda lame :lookaroun

Although many will argue the Jungle Cruise is the same way, that attraction was thought up many years before TGMR and is much more known for being a "Disney classic."

Anyone else feel like me, or am I alone?

Of course GMR needs a rehab BIG TIME. And I do agree that the ride hinges on how good the CM I was lucky the one I had back in Jan was very good and funny even when we had to stop and sit there in the Indiana Jones scene for 10min.

I agree with you completely. I love the ride, but I think it has gotten to the point where they have to take a cue from the Jungle Cruise and beef up the humor OR they need to do a major rehab with newer movies and more exciting sets.

It really used to be a lot more fun.

Personally I would just like them to redo the script and make it MGM's answer to the Jungle Cruise.

What could they do to make the sets more exciting? I think they are very well themed.
