Great Disney/Halloween deal at Target.

Target has two classic Disney Halloween movies in special limited edition packs.

Each comes with a Disney pumpkin carving kit and stickers.

The Watcher In The Woods and Something Wicked This Way Comes.

Something Wicked... is a very good film adaptation of the novel.

However, I find Watcher in the Woods to be laughably bad.

Why do you care?
Because people do this on these boards all the time just to stir things up... and it gets VERY old. I never knew reading or scrolling down to the movies board could be so difficult for some.

Nothing in this thread has anything to do with WDW...and should be in the movies/DVD forum. Just saying.

Never seen Watcher so I can not speak to it. But if Something Wicked This Was Comes is not the coolest title I do not know what is :)

I can see your point if someone was trying to stir things up. In this case someone was just passing on a good deal on a Disney item to others that might want to take advantage of it. Nothing getting stirred up at all. People's interest in Disney crosses over the borders of the parks.

You still felt the need to fire off a rude crack about something that was being done as a kindness to others........

Unless you have appointed yourself some type of forum integrity patrol your post was not called for IMO.

I had no idea that Something Wicked is a Disney movie. It is my all time favorite scary movie and it isn't gory. Whenever the wind blows at the beginning of Fall, I think of that movie. This was the first "scary" movie I let my kids watch when they were younger. I'm headed out to get it first thing tomorrow. Thanks!

You're welcome!

It really is the perfect movie to kick off the Halloween holiday. The opening sequence and narration alone make it worth it.

Here is what comes in the pack, for $9.99 it's a great deal.

We just watched "Watcher" again last night....it's so bad it's great!

And this DVD version comes with two alternate endings that really bump up the cheese factor.

So the Happy 40th Anniv WDW post, the Best Resort Xmas Decorations post, and some post which compared Chef Mickey's to another restaurant (all of which got moved) are too off topic for WDW...yet DVD sales at Target are appropriate??

Maybe he was not stirring things up, and for that comment, I apologize. But it really makes no since at all that resort decorations or chef mickey's are "off topic" from WDW, while this isn't.

All I was implying.
