Great CM'S

:sohappy: On my last trip to WDW, by myself ,and for my Birthday, I met some great CM"S!!! who went out of there way to be very nice!!! They even sang Happy Birthday to me in the middle of the store. I would like to see them get somthing, at least a well done from the powers that be.

Does anyone know how and to who I might pass this information along to so they may get some cudo's for being SOOOOOOOO NIce???

You can relay CM compliments or criticisms to City Hall @ the Magic Kingdom, or sinply write in to Disney World Guest Relations. I am not 100% sure of the address, but I guarantee it's somewhere in the "resources" section of the boards. These letters do get read & the CMs do get recognition for their good/bad deeds!!! In fact, some letters are even published in company newsletters to let other CMs know what others are doing to keep the guests happy. We truly do appreciate the input & the time it takes to acknowledge our efforts or mistakes. Thanks!

I know what you mean. When I was in MGM, MK, and Downtown Disney shopping for gifts they were all EXTREMLY NICE. That is one of the things that makes WDW special.

And ya know...a good number of us use our ability to spread smiles as our driving force & primary reason for being there. Personally, I dreaded going to work today...10+ hours on Thanksgiving? UGH! I was horrified over it! But, shortly after I started my shift, I had people complimenting me for my attitude & cheerfulness, thanking me for any assistance I gave & just generally making ME feel like I truly made their special time more graitfying. THAT is why I love my role at WDW. Just the fact that people like you take that time to say thanks & recognize the little (& not so little) things that we do...it is SOOOO very appreciated by us as well. Thanks!!!!!!! :sohappy:
