Gratuity with a party of 9 on Dining Plan

In my travel group I have 6 adults and 3 children. We are staying in two different rooms at PORS, but we are putting three different credit cards down on the reservations:

Card 1:
Me, DH, and DD
Card 2:
Mom and Dad
Card 3:
Brother, SIL, DD, and DS

Since my family is sharing a room with my parents we are a little lost on how the gratuities will work when we use our Dining Plan. I have already made our ADRs for a party of 9, but when we go to use our credits and there is a gratuity charge will the charge be for all 9 meals or can we divide it by families and credit cards?

I just don't think its fair that my parents would have to pay the same gratuity for their 2 meals that I will pay for the 3 of mine especially since my husband will have a drink or two and my parents wont.

Each party will be billed an 18% gratuity on their portion of the bill for parties of 6 or more.

You could always charge the tip back to your room then split it there as you see fit.
