Grand Mariner orange slush in Epcot?

My neighbors are going to WDW and getting one of the new room specials but not getting park tickets. They love the orange slush at Epcot and are wondering if there is somewhere else on property that would make this drink.

Keep an eye on food kiosks during the Epcot festivals. Probably if another Orange Bird sipper is offered during the Flower and Garden festival.

But they are not buying park tickets. They will just be at resorts, mini golf and Disney Springs.

I would say that any place that can make a frozen margarita from scratch (with a blender, not from a frozen drink dispenser) can make one.

Ice, sour mix, vodka, and orange liquor (use Grey Goose and Grand Marnier) if you want to use the ones that they use, and you should be pretty close.
