Grand Gathering Question...

My family and my brother-in-law's family are traveling to WDW this July. We are 9 total and are doing Grand Gatherings for the first time. We are set for Good Morning Character Breakfast and the International Dinner and Dessert Reception. What do you all think about these... and the other options for Grand Gatherings? We are doing the dining plan. The youngest child involved will be 3 and my 18 yr old son spends most of his time in a wheelchair, but can transfer relatively easily. Looking for any helpful advice! Thank you.

We are going to do the Wishes Cruise. The only other one we considered was the safari, but decided to only do 1 and Wishes was what the entire group decided on. None of the others appealed to folks in my group.

We have never done either but are planning on doing the International Dinner and Dessert Reception in Oct. Last year when we were there quite a few people recommended it to us. We are hoping it is as good as they said!

We also did the Pirate Cruise from the Contemporary, and it was a blast!

I'll second the pirate/wishes cruise. We had a group of senior citizens and a group of children on our boat and everyone had a great time, well worth the money.
