I would think that most of the garden view rooms would be okay- you'll probably just be near a sidewalk- it seems that if you don't have lagoon view, then you pretty much have a garden sidewalk! We've had garden view and lagoon views in both Boca Chica and Big Pine. THe lagoon views were definitely better, but we're in the room so little of the time that it really doesn't make a different to us.
