Grand Floridian Concierge

We'll be staying at the GF Concierge this June 14-22. I have already read the reviews found at wdwig.com. so I have an idea of what to expect. We have stayed Poly concierge once but that was due to a friend my cousin made during his CP and this friend getting the room for us while we were checking in. I have a question to ask to those of you who have stayed there. How far in advance can you call the Concierge Staff and ask for help in arranging PS's for you? We've tried for the last 4 trips to get a PS for Cindy's breakfast and we're hoping the Concierge people can help.

What's great about GF concierge is that THEY call YOU when it's time! We stayed concierge at GF Spring 2001 and they called us about 2 months prior and set everything up for us, we ate where we wanted, when we wanted, no questions asked, you should have no problems getting into Cinderella's Bkfst, have a great trip!
