Good to submit a 15 minute time for better corral?

Hello,

I am a pretty slow runner ( around 14:30). I have a 10k coming up which I'm using for tower of terror 10 miler- if I average 15 minutes is it still good to submit the time? I figured I would still get a better corral than runners who Don't submit any time. Also about how many runners end up being in the last corral? Not specific numbers but just general amounts. Thank you!

I'd submit the time (maybe you'll surprise yourself?!). As you said, it should at least put you in front of the people that DON'T submit anything.

Here are last year's corrals (no guarantee that this year will be exactly the same):

As you can see, the earlier corrals are smaller (~500 runners)...then it goes up to ~1000 runners...then 1500-2000 runners. This is how Disney has been doing all of the longer races lately, so I'd expect them to stick to similar numbers going forward.

Good luck with your 10K! :)
