Good subdivisions close to Hollywood Studios ?

My family and I will be moving to the Orlando area in a few months. Can anyone recommend good, safe subdivisions to live in with small children? We will be looking to rent a four bedroom house very close to Hollywood Studios for a short commute to work there. Thanks in advance for any recommendations.

The closest neighborhoods to Disney are off apopka Vineland and 535. Also Celebration.

Slightly further but within 30 minutes are Dr. Phillips, Windemere, Winter Garden, Hunters Creek, Whisper Lakes and Williamsburg (my old stomping grounds!)

If you're willing to commute I've seen alot of property available in the Kissimmee area. Also some good buys in the Davenport area.
