Good Neighbor Hotels - DDP and ME??

We are planning to stay at a Lake Buena Vista Courtyard by Marriott; it is a "Good Neightbor" Hotel and we have stayed there before.
My question is, can we purchase the DDP and/or use the ME? If so, how would it have to be booked? Thru Disney? Thru a travel agent? I have already made flight arrangements myself, but no lodging/tickets have been purchased.

Unfortunatley DDP is for onsite guests only.. Same with ME... I've looked into it in the past...
