Going to Universal Pres. Week

Ok we are going to Universal agroup of 10 of us 2 families
We are hard core and will not waste a open minute but we have only one day to do both parks. Can we buy a express tix or is that now like the Disney fast pass. Is it true that we can ad $10 and get o hopper pass for the 2 parks. Any advice on how we should attack the park would be appreciated.

They have Florida resident deals to get two parks for a certain price... I'm sure they'll have normal specials for non Sunshine state residents that weekend as well.

You can buy an express pass. It's around $25-$30 a person (at least last time I checked) but well worth it if it's busy. If it's not to bad, save your money.

If you're staying at a Uni resort, you get to skip the lines with your room key!

While both parks can be done in one day, it will be very hard during pres. week. That week is a peak time for the Orlando parks. I would highly suggest getting an express pass if you are not staying at a resort. I would expect an over 15 to 30 min wait even for express guests at the least.

We are staying Dare I say at fort wilderness. We will buy the express pass and the group wants to hit both parks. we have 6 kids ages 6 to 14 so there should be plenty for all.
