My advice would be to make sure you set aside enough time. The lines at WDW are child's play compared to those in the Tokyo parks. So even with fast passes its difficult to tackle each park in one day. We only had one day to spend at Disney, so since DisneySeas was a totally new park we did that. But we didn't get to do half of the major rides because of the lines.
Journey to the center of the earth and indiana jones are the two major rides at DisneySeas, so i'd suggest getting fast passes for those right away in the morning and then maybe wait in line for the storm pavilion or check out one of the shows.
A great chill out spot is the bar in the Oceanliner.
The Resort is very easy to get to. I forget the line's name, but it goes from Tokyo station and takes maybe 35mins if i remember correctly. Similar to DLP in that its not located in Tokyo, but just outside.
