The Casting Center is more for hourly positions than professional salaried positions.

Instead, you might want to check out www.disneycareers.com and see what's currently posted, or see if there's an option for just submitting your resume into a general pool.

I work in corporate finance... I check their website about twice a month. A vast majority are in Anaheim, and NYC (for ABC), but they do have positions in Orlando.

I was looking at their research positions, and some of them are located in Pittsburgh, of all places.

I wouldn't waste my time. Most jobs at the corporate level are filled three ways: (1) promoted from within; (2) internal referrals; (3) headhunters.

Unless there is a position with a rare skill qualification or educational requirement, they will toss it in a file where it'll never be seen again or they simply throw it away.

This is basically what I was going to type. A resume dropped off at Casting is just going to get put in a file cabinet labeled "Black Abyss".

Disney is one of the hardest corporate gigs to land...

a lot of this simply has to do with timing, they want to pursue young, recently graduated college students so they can get them cheap, then develop them through their culture. If you're at a 5-7 year mark in your current corporate career, as am I, it's a pure abyss.

ACS/Xerox handles the IT. If that is the type of corporate you are looking for, might be smart to start there. Reedy Creek Improvement District handles a lot of things for Disney as well.
