My single uncle quite frequently goes with us. He loves Epcot. The attractions there most interest him. Also, Epcot is the best spot for bars. I'm not old enough to drink (yet, I've got about a year), but I know his favorites are Germany and the UK for beer, and La Cava inside the Mexican pavilion for Mexican drinks (tequila, etc). At the resorts, all resorts have pool bars, and many have lounges.

Expedition Everest has the best singles line. We once used it and got on five times in a row. Less than a ten minute wait each time. It does close if the stand by line is short, though.
