So I'm going for my 4th time to Disney World in December 2009. I am planning this trip for the first time by myself (all the other times I went with my parents). I'm going with one other person and we'll both me 25. We're kind of on a budget and don't want to spend more than about $150 dollars a night. We are going to stay on-site, but would love recommendations on food, lodging, and where to go. We're looking at a 5-7 night stay. I'm sure I forgot something so let me know everything!

One peice of advise is if you are going the week of December 5th thru the 12th I would avoid the All-Stars, as generally that week is the week for the Pop Warner Football and Cheerleading championships and that is where they usually stay. From what I hear that place is a zoo, and I believe that the PO-FQ is the moderate price that they stay at.

my husband and I were that age the first time went in December (2006). we stayed at POFQ and really enjoyed it. There are carolers and nice decorations and the food quart is good too. because it was value season, we got a good florida resident rate.
