I have only seen the OG version and Celebrate, so I'll have to go OG. I was not a fan of how Celebrate turned into a commercial for The Force Awakens and Pirates.

One is awful. Villainous was the worst. Season of light is my favorite but I love the OG too

But I'm curious: is anyone actually ride or die for World of Color? Certainly there are some for Fantasmic (for some, focused just on particular eras of the show), some for MSEP. Maybe it's just a function of this particular forum of DL diehards, but I just don't get the sense that anyone is quite as passionate about WOC as the other big nighttime spectaculars.

We visited DL in 2013 and seeing World of Color was actually my favorite experience on that trip. (I'm guessing that was World of Color: OG in the poll?) Unfortunately, we've been to DL twice since then (2018, 2021 and WoC wasn't showing either time.

Yes, 2013 would have been the original show.
WOC has definitely had its fair share of sudden or unexpected closures over the years. The sudden and/or prolonged closures of entertainment are definitely something that can happen unexpectedly for valid reasons, but I'd be lying if it all wasn't starting to feel a little convenient for me that there's seemingly always something preventing every single big thing from running at the same time.
