I've seen so many great websites and threads discussing gluten-free dining at WDW. However, my family will be at the World in Oct/Nov for the Food & Wine festival, and there's very little information on whether the food booths accommodate food allergies, specifically those with celiac disease (gluten-free). Does anyone have any experience with this at either the food booths or the demos? My adult sister is taking her first trip to F&W, and I'd like for her to experience the food along with us.
