Gluten Free at Food & Wine

I've seen so many great websites and threads discussing gluten-free dining at WDW. However, my family will be at the World in Oct/Nov for the Food & Wine festival, and there's very little information on whether the food booths accommodate food allergies, specifically those with celiac disease (gluten-free). Does anyone have any experience with this at either the food booths or the demos? My adult sister is taking her first trip to F&W, and I'd like for her to experience the food along with us.

Since some of the countries/foods change year to year, I don't know that you'll be able to get a definite answer until the menus are released for this year's offerings.

It looks like the Disney Food Blog did an article on gluten free items at the F & W in 2010, but I don't see one for last year:

They also said this about looking for gluten free items at F & W:

In both 2010 and 2011, gluten free items were available at the World Showcase booths. But it can be difficult to find out which ones are safe. We love the idea of looking at the cookbook!​

They are referring to the cookbook that is released each year with recipes from the Food & Wine Fesitval

I agree with nepalostparks -- it'll probably be easier to find out more info once the 2012 menus are released. Here's the link from TheDisneyBlog with the 2011 GF info.

Thanks so much for the tips. Since we're going towards the end of the festival, I'll probably re-post in October to see if anyone has any feedback at that point.
