Gifs not playing when uploaded?

Just tried to upload this Gif on the Tiana thread and it won't play - this has happened the last several times I've tried to upload custom Gifs to these boards, though I'm not doing anything differently than I've ever done it and only recently started having trouble. Any clues? @wdwmagic ?
