If you go to www.disneyworld.com and click on recreation at the top of the screen adn then over on the left hand side click on spas, it will take you to the spa page. It doesn't give you any pricing, just a description of what they offer. You would probably have to call the spa directly for specific information. The last time I was there we had some treatments done at the Spa at the Disney Institute. I would say a massage would start around $90+ and go up depending on the type and length of massage you're looking for.

Have fun!!

Just had one - AVOID!

Hi - we had a terrible experience last week at the GF Spa. I would recommend the Disney Institute, IMHO.

We honeymooned at Disney with another couple and WEEKS before made reservations for many spa treatments among the four of us. Well, I chose a facial and a body massage. The first thing that frosted my flakes was when we walked into this ritzy spa (the other lady and I only, our husbands were parking the car), before even greeting me, the desk attendant says, "and how would you like to pay for this today?" She barely had gotten our names, and already she wanted to ring up the treatments before we even had any.

I was asked by two of the attendants at the onset "and what are you here for today?" In both cases I responded, a facial and a massage. They just nodded their heads and went about their business.

Next, I have had facials before and the one I received was Horrible. Not thorough - more of a lick and a swipe, if you know what I mean. Not spa quality at all.

I was escorted back from my facial and then sat and waited in my robe for 35 minutes in the ladies' spa area - and no-one came to take me to my massage. Finally I spoke up when someone finally came into the room and they went to check, came back, and said "We don't have a reservation for you for a massage."

Oh, okay, all of the other three folks with me got THEIRS and somehow MY reservation was not made??

It is my honeymoon spa trip and there was NO openings? As my fiance later said to the manager, "don't tell me you have no opening.. I am a dead man!!!"

I couldn't believe how hoity-toity they were, NOT ONE PERSON apologized for THEIR error. Very unprofessional and very snooty. I'd stay away if I were you!

We visit the GF spa every visit. I have to agree that many times we've arrived for our appts. to find that "We don't have you scheduled." I, now, always confirm our appointments.
I've had great... and mediocre....spa treatments there.
I wonder if it's possible to request, "the best you have."
What do you think?

JM: I was also wondering about the cost of some of the treatments, so i called 407-824-2332. I spoke with a representative who was kind enough to fax me over a copy of their brochure with treatments, inc. price.

DH: As someone in customer service, I would encourage you to contact WDW in writing. As they say... the squeaky wheel gets the grease!
That was especially unfortunate considering the happy occasion!

If it is more convenient for you, there is a small spa at the Wilderness Lodge, Sturdy Branches. We got massages there because we were staying there and it was nice. Doesn't have all the amenties such as GF or DI but it was a little cheaper. I'm not sure if Sturdy Branches is still open but you can look into it if it interests you.
