GF Conceriege Information

I was wondering if anyone had the contact information for the Grand Floridian Conceriege? We are staying on the club level in May and would like to contact them regarding some special planning.

I am surprised they have not yet contacted you via email. Usually as soon as you book club level someone from the club staff contacts you.

Thank you!! Yeah, I'm a little surprised too, but not shocked. When we called to try to get the information, we received different information from all the people, like the resort wouldn't have our reservation until a few days before we arrived.

Really? They contact you before your trip? Of all the times I have stayed on the club level, I have never been contacted before my trip. Not that I would need any help or anything special, I just had no idea they did that

While I have never stayed club at GF, I have at Poly and WL and was always contacted via email shortly after booking (which was as far out as 9 months prior to the vacation, and they booked our ADRs at 180 days for us.) I assumed GF, the flagship resort, would do the same.

I have never stayed at GF. All of my club level stays have always been at WL. It's just something I didn't know they did

Surprised you were not contacted by WL club. We were and they made our ADRs for us.

Luckily I already made all of our ADRs, but would still like to see how helpful they will be in some other areas!
