Getting to the All Star Cafe

We'll be at WDW Super Bowl Sunday, staying at Comfort Inn LBV and we'll probably watch the game at The ASCafe at WWoS. What would be the best way to get there? DTD isn't far from the hotel, so can I catch a bus from there? The hotel has a shuttle to the parks, so I could go to one of the parks and leave from there if I knew how... Any advice, including other places to watch the game, are appreciated. :) I don't think we'll want to fight the crowd at ESPN Club, so that's out. I'm open to any other suggestions, including off site. Thanks!!!!

Cheers:wave:

I realize you do not want to fight the crowds at the ESPN Club, but it is a great place to watch a game. We watched the NBA playoffs there two years ago and had the best time! The crowd was really into it and everywhere you turn there is a TV. You can even take a bathroom break and not miss anything!

Truthfully I wouldn't want to be at either place. They are going to be PACKED. I would rather eat in and watch the game in the room, or one of the lounges in a resort since they will probably be showing them.

My idea would be to maybe have an early dinner at Ohana and then watch the game from the Tambu Lounge right next door. It won't be as crowded and the atmosphere will be very nice.

Thanks for the responses. DisneyInsider, that's at the Poly? Do you know of any other resorts that will show it? I suppose any lounge with a tv will have the game on, but do any of the resorts have a sports bar or a nice bar and grill? I'm trying to come up with different options for the game, so we don't have to go looking for a place the day of the game.:) Thanks again.

I am not sure which resorts have bars like that with TV's, but I would check the Contemporary, Boardwalk, and maybe Yacht and Beach Club. The moderates will most likely not have any TV's at the bars. I just suggested the Polynesian because it was so nice and you can have a nice evening and then watch the game.
