Where on Main Street can you get your name stitched onto the back of your mouse ears, and is there a charge for this?

Thanks!

Le Chapeau. I don't think it's been moved since the last time I was in there... It's on the Tomorrowland side of Main Street, at the Town Square end. It actually faces the train station, not the main part of Main Street.

When the personalization was done by hand, the personalization was free. If you can get it done by-hand, it may still be free. I know there are some places in WDW that use a computerized machine for embroidery, and those places charge you.

Actually when the hand machines were used (RIP hand machines) there was a $3 charge in the more recent years.

Mid March they finnished the referb of the Chapeau and all machines are computerized now. Throughout all of property. I'm not sure of the price since I don't like the stitching they do now so I haven't looked at the price.

There is no more hand stitching on property. The final days of that were actually held at the Main Street Emporium while Chapeau was closed for refurbishment. Once chapeau reopened all machines on property were computerized, and the temporary machines at emporium were retired.

There's your breif history. It's interesting to note we outlasted Disneyland on hand stitching, they went to computers a good year or two before WDW's Magic Kingdom.

I got my name stitched on my candy corn Mickey ears on Halloween this year at Le Chapeau and it was $3. At first they wanted proof that I had bought the ears but another CM came over and said they had to be because the candy corn ones were long sold out. I had bought them the month before on the day we were going home and didn't have a chance to get them stitched.

Also Sir Mickey's in Fantasyland can do this for you and is a not quiet as busy as far as embroidering.

The times I've been back there talking to a friend its actually looked more crowded but it may be because that area of the shop is smaller.

Also the new create your own ears can only be made at the Chapeau
