Getting Marvel into Florida?

So, I know plans have been discussed numerous times about adding Marvel to the Parks at WDW. But, since that's probably not going to happen (with Universal)... Is there any way to "bend the rules, without breaking them" to get Marvel into the Resort at All? Downtown Disney? DisneyQuest? Hotels? A Water Park? Heck, put some type of experience on the Monorail for an extra fee?

Outside the Resort, Disney's Vero Beach Resort?

I thought we could seriously bounce off ideas to adding it to the Resort, somehow.

Gosh I'd even go buying a new area in Florida for an Experience, just to get it there.
