My Fiance and I were talking about getting Married in Disney... My question is how do you obtain your marriage license if you are from out of state?

If you're not a Florida resident, you can apply by mail. Apply through the Brevard County Circuit Court; they are online. Here is a site to check out ---

I was married in Disney at the Wedding Pavillion on March 12, 2009. We live in Virginia and all you need is your dirvers license. Here is the link for Osceloa County which is were your license will be from if you get married in Disney...
