getting hired before moving to orlando ?

hello, im really considering working at Disney world and relocating if and when i get the job. What chance would i have getting hired if i told them i live out of state currently ( Texas) ? How hard would it be getting hired this way ? im interested in ride operations or security, thanks.

i would apply online. go to the disney career site and do a search for both fulltime/part time. once you spot something and you are eligible to apply based on the requirements, fill out the application and see what happens good luck!

I would apply ASAP. Some people get an online-based interview right away, others have to wait for months to come, like myself. I've been waiting over a month for a part-time quick service position and still nothing. I don't know if it's because I used my Jacksonville address when I applied (it's 2 hrs away from Orlando), but I live in Orlando right now. Truth is, you can never really tell what's gonna happen when you apply.. take a shot at it, they might take up to 6 months to give you a job or NOT give you a job.. but good luck!
