Getting from POP to Swan for karaoke

I've always wanted to go to Kimonos at the Swan for karaoke and hope to on my upcoming trip. How hard is it to get from POP to the Swan and back? How late do the buses run? We always rent a car so I haven't used Disney transportation much. We'll have one on this trip too but I'm sure we'll all want to have a few drinks. Also, has anyone been to Kimonos karaoke? How is it?

Depends on how late you're staying at the Swan and how late Epcot and DHS will be open. You might end up getting a cab back from the Swan to Pop. That won't cost more than $10-$15.
To get TO the Swan, you can just walk/boat over from Epcot or DHS, or take a bus from whatever park you're in that day.
