Getting from Pop Century to Universal

What are the best ways of getting from Pop Century to Universal that is either cheap or easiest.

Mears offers a shared-ride shuttle for $18-20 per person round trip.
Uber will prob be $20 or less each way.

If you havent signed up for Lyft or Uber yet they each offer a free ride under $20 when you sign up. Use one for each way.

I would use Mears taxi service if you are unable to drive yourselves.

We went from All-Star Sports to Sea World once using Lynx buses. We went to the Ticket and Transportation Center and spoke with a rep from Lynx - the public bus system down there. You can find their schedules online. It cost $12 round trip for 2 adults & 2 kids. We left from the TTC, but returned at Downtown Disney. The bus drivers were great. They dropped us off right at the parking lot for Sea World. Easy & cheap. Check it out and see if it would work for you.
