Getting from All Star Sports to Wilderness Lodge?

So I've recently discovered the Bananas Foster Mickey Waffles at Roaring Fork in WL and I've decided that I HAVE to have them on my upcoming trip next week. My question is what would be the best way to get there? I'm staying at All Star Sports. My first thought was to go on a morning that a park had morning EMH that I wouldn't plan on attending so that I could go early enough in the day so as not to lose my whole morning. But would the buses even be running from the parks to the hotel that early? Or would it be advantageous to use the boat from MK to WL (if that is even running in that direction as early as 8am)?

Transportation for the parks will start up around 7:00 AM. Unfortunately, there is no great way to get from Sports to WL. The most direct route will more than likely be to take a bus to DHS and from there take the bus back to WL. The easiest way would be to hop a cab for about $15.

The easiest and quickest way will be by car or taxi. Otherwise, you can try to grab a bus to MK and the boat from MK to WL - will probably work best on EMH morning at MK. The buses start running about an hour prior to park opening.

ME TO down town disney then hop on the bus for WL I did this in August going from POP to Grand Floridian and It wasn't bad at all
