Long time WDW vet here but I have a friend of mine going the exact same time as me which is in Late May.... I have my PIN but what is some advice you guys can give me to entice WDW to send her one?

Make an account on the official site, save a sample vacation, but don't book it. It also can't hurt to order a vacation planing DVD.
Nothing is guaranteed, but they can't send you a PIN if they don't know you exist.

Do what Master Yoda says and hope. Pins are marketing promotions and only Disney marketing knows the rules of who will get any given Pin. Meet the criteria for a particular promotion you'll get one but since you have no way of knowing what the rules are there is nothing you can do to improve your chances.
