If you have a rental car, driving yourself. Though, if you do not have a rental car, you can either call a cab or take a bus to the TTC and go from there to CSR. There's no direct bus route between resorts.

Best way: rental car or cab. While the cab may cost some additional money, it's a lot less of a hassle to get to where you need to go. Trust me, as someone who usually takes the bus, this last time going from resort to resort may have finally convinced me to cab it, should I need to.

Other way: Take a bus to whatever park picks up first (or Downtown Disney) and then go to the Coronado bus stop and wait for that bus.

I'd say that unless you're stuck because the park is closed, *always* use the Animal Kingdom bus for the transfer from AKL to Coronado. Any other bus would actually drive past Coronado (and in some cases WAAAAYYYY past Coronado) and you'd just have to double-back.

Studios might be a decent backup if AK is closed. And totally avoid Magic Kingdom or Downtown Disney unless it's your only choice.

If Blizzard Beach is open, it's another alternative, though usually BB shares with the Animal Kingdom bus for all resorts anyway.

One final option, if the weather's nice and you'r up for a bit of exercise, you could bus to Blizzard Beach, and walk to Coronado Springs along Buena Vista Blvd. There's a sidewalk set back from the road, and signaled crosswalks where necessary. It's exactly 1 mile from the BB bus stops to the CSR convention center following all of the proper walking paths:

I'd stay away from DtD, that is about a 20-25 min ride in the opposite direction and the bus service to DtD doesn't seem to be as frequent as park buses. I would take a cab (around $5.00) or take a bus to AK or DHS and switch to a CSR bus.
