Gaylord Palms Disney Transportation

I am planning a trip to Orlando at the end of May/early June. I am going to Universal, Gaylord Palms (for a work conference) then Disney. I know Gaylord Palms offers complimentary shuttle service to disney but I was curious how often does it run and where does it let you off? I have always stayed on property (except in the 80s) so I am only used to the on property bus stops. Also do they have a shuttle to Downtown Disney?

Can't give you a definitive answer, but found this at MouseSavers:

Gaylord Palms Resort and Spa offers scheduled shuttle service to and from the Walt Disney World theme parks, which is included in the resort fee. A shuttle from Gaylord Palms to Downtown Disney is also available. The free shuttle is first-come, first-served and picks up guests at the Transportation Lobby. Guests can receive an updated shuttle schedule at the Concierge’s desk.
