Does anyone else think the menu for Gaston's is a bit bizarre? There are cinnamon buns, chocolate croissants, and then a big sloppy pork shank? Seems completely random and out of place, especially since it the only non-snack thing offered.

Seems like it can't decide what it wants to be, in terms of menu. When BoG restaurant opens, I would not be surprised if they add more entree options (sandwiches, etc.) to accommodate the overflow.

I agree about the menu. The pork shank sounds great, but they really need another choice or two of substantial food to make it work.

Also, is there is a kid's menu for Gaston's?

Does anyone know what type of credit the pork shank is? In photos it looks like its a snack credit....anyone know?

The menu got printed with the snack credit icon but they taped over it. So either it wasn't supossed to be on there or they changed there mind.

Since the Turkey Leg isn't a snack credit I can imagine this wouldn't be either. Shocked to see it was originally!
